Priority Matrix is designed to be completely private. We do NOT collect:

• Your tasks, notes, or any content you create
• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Device information or identifiers
• Usage analytics or behavior data
• Location data
• Productivity patterns or task completion data
• Any other personal or sensitive information

Data Storage

All your tasks and app data are stored locally on your device only. Your data:

• Remains on your device at all times
• Is never uploaded to our servers or any cloud service
• Is not accessible to CRISPPIE STUDIO or any third parties
• Can only be accessed by you through the app
• Is organized using the Eisenhower Matrix method locally

Third-Party Services

Priority Matrix does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The app functions completely independently without external connections. All task prioritization and organization happens locally on your device using the Eisenhower Matrix methodology.

Ko-fi Support Integration

Priority Matrix includes an optional support button that links to our Ko-fi page. This integration:

• Only opens an external link when you choose to tap it
• Does not automatically send any data to Ko-fi
• Does not track whether you visit the Ko-fi page
• Is completely optional - you can ignore this feature
• Any donations made are handled entirely by Ko-fi's privacy policy

App Permissions

Priority Matrix requests the following permissions to provide comprehensive task management functionality. All permissions are used only for the stated purposes and no personal data is transmitted outside your device:

Essential App Functionality

• Storage Access (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): To save and retrieve your tasks and priority matrix data on your device
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): To send task reminders and deadline notifications (if enabled by you)
• Network State (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): To check if internet is available for optional features (no data is transmitted)

Task Management and Reminders

• Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): To set precise reminder notifications for your tasks and deadlines
• System Alarms (SET_ALARM): To create system-level alarms for important tasks
• Boot Receiver (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): To restore scheduled task reminders after device restarts
• Wake Lock (WAKE_LOCK): To ensure notifications are delivered even when device is in power-saving mode

Enhanced User Experience

• Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE): To run task timers and reminders reliably in the background
• System Alert Window (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): To show urgent task reminders as overlay notifications
• Full Screen Intent (USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT): To display important task notifications that can wake the screen
• Vibration (VIBRATE): To provide haptic feedback for notifications and task interactions

Important Notes

• Network state permission does NOT allow data transmission - it only checks connectivity status
• All task data remains on your device regardless of network connectivity
• Overlay permissions are only used for urgent task notifications you choose to enable
• You can disable any notifications in your device settings
• Background services only run when you have active tasks with reminders
• No task data is ever transmitted to external servers

Task Data Handling

When you create and manage tasks in Priority Matrix:

• All tasks are stored locally in your device's secure storage
• Task categorization (urgent/important) happens entirely on your device
• No task data is transmitted over the internet
• Task completion status and history remain private
• The app works completely offline

Data Security

Since all data remains on your device, the security of your tasks depends on your device's security settings. We recommend:

• Using device lock screens (PIN, password, fingerprint)
• Keeping your device's operating system updated
• Being mindful of app permissions on your device
• Regular device backups if you want to preserve your task data
• Being cautious when sharing your device with others

Eisenhower Matrix Method

Priority Matrix uses the well-established Eisenhower Matrix productivity method to help organize tasks by urgency and importance. This organizational system:

• Is implemented entirely within the app's local functionality
• Does not require any external services or data sharing
• Helps you categorize tasks without compromising privacy
• Is based on public domain productivity principles
